Summer is firmly on your rear-view but the good news is, October is chock-full of some absolute must-see concerts. It doesn’t matter if you’re a hardcore rock-fan or a small-venue indie-loving hipster – from now until Halloween, there’s pretty much a wall-to-wall mess (in a good way) of noteworthy shows to attend. October is beginning with practically every music venue around town on a full-calendar music craze. Here comes your typically epic fall festival season, some unmistakably big tours making stops everywhere, and your more intimate, small-venue shows from up-and-coming artists. No matter what your music tastes are, there’s bound to be something good for you out there. We’ve compiled some of the most notable concerts coming around this October. Get your calendars ready because you’ll surely have to mark a date or two.

Jessie J – The R.O.S.E. Tour

Dates: October 8 to November 1

For the first time ever, British singer Jessie J. is touring on American soil for The R.O.S.E. Tour. The tour announcement came after the release of her much-anticipated four-part album ensemble. The ensemble comprises of R.O.S.E. (Realisations), R.O.S.E (Obsessions), R.O.S.E. (Sex), and R.O.S.E. (Empowerment). German singer-songwriter Ro James will be the opening act. The North American leg is set to begin on October 8 in Salt Lake City, Utah and will wrap up on November 1 in Los Angeles, California.

VÉRITÉ

Dates: October 7 to October 17

Here’s your chance to catch a rising star live in action on an intimate venue. VÉRITÉ’s brand of electro-pop is a perfectly fine way to ease yourself into the Halloween season. Furthermore, it’s a great chance to show your date that your music taste doesn’t just comprise of Pop Top 40. This young indie star has a couple of viral solid hits under her belt, including her on The 1975’s “Somebody Else.” Additionally, her debut album Somewhere in Between might just be the start she needs to enter the big league in music.

Drake & Migos – Aubrey and the Three Amigos

Dates: October 2 to November 17

After delaying the tour for production issues, Drake & Migos “Aubrey and the Three Amigos” hit the road last August, and it isn’t stopping until mid November. So there is still plenty enough time to catch your favorite hip-hop artists perform on several venues. The tour is in support of both artists’ recently released albums. Drake released  Scorpion, at the end of June, while Migos’ Culture II arrived in January. Keith Urban – Graffiti U Worldwide Tour 2018

Dates: October 4 to November 3

Keith Urban’s 59-date Graffiti U Worldwide Tour is a must-see for any hardcore country music fan. Keith’s newest album, Graffiti U is currently a hit and we’re expecting it’s going to grab a few more CMA trophies for the Aussie country star. One rising star in country will also open most of the tour dates. Together with Kelsea Ballerini, Keith will give country fans a glimpse of two artists who flawlessly blend their expansive and unique brands of country together for a stunning show.

Christina Aguilera – Liberation Tour

Dates: October 8 to November 13

First things first: this is Christina Aguilera’s first tour in a decade. That fact alone ought to convince you to buy a ticket already. Liberation Tour is so good, that besides selling out venues, even celebrities and political power duos like Hillary and Bill Clinton attend it. The epicness does not stop there. In fact, at last week’s NYC stage, Lil’ Kim made a surprise appearance for a joint performance of Lady Marmalade. It’s not too late for you to witness a true dive in concert. Liberation Tour isn’t wrapping up until November 13 with 13 more shows. Hozier

Dates: October 8 to October 22

Yes, he’s officially back. We haven’t heard from Irish folk-singer, Hozier, in quite a while but it appears he is back in full swing. Hozier released a brand new EP Nina Cried Power in addition to concerts to some North American venues for September/October 2018. If you adore music that stands for something, this show is for you. Hozier’s new EP is a tribute to the freedom-fighting singers of years past.

Bruno Mars – 24K Magic World Tour

Dates: October 7 to November 11

Bruno Mars‘ massive world concert tour, 24K Magicwas selling out too many tickets, that the artist decided to extend it to its second year. Luck for you, Bruno extended 24K Magic with a final run of North American venues. The giant tour wraps with a block of new dates spanning September 7th in Denver, Colorado to a four-night stand in Los Angeles on October 23rd, 24th, 26th and 27th. Charlie Wilson opens.
