Panic! At The Disco’s Sixth Studio Album Is Finally Here!
Their Pray For The Wicked Tour Will Start Next Month
Good news for all Panic! At The Disco fans! Last June 22, Friday, the Grammy-nominated band dropped their eagerly-anticipated sixth studio album, Pray For The Wicked. This comes shortly after the band announced additional dates for the second leg of their supporting tour, the Pray For The Wicked Tour.
The tour’s first leg, which was announced earlier this year, has already sold out venues including Madison Square Garden in New York and Los Angeles’ STAPLES Center. Pray For The Wicked Tour is set to kick off next month, on July 11 in Minneapolis, Minnesota and will run through all of its North American venues through August. Afterward, the band will continue onto their international leg, making stops in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the Philippines, and Mexico. Produced by AEG Presents, the tour will feature support acts, A R I Z O N A and Hayley Kiyoko.
In January of 2019, the band will continue the second half of their world tour, returning to North America for a 28-city roster. This second leg will make its first stop at Buffalo, New York on January 10, 2019, and will wrap in Sacramento, California on February 20, 2019. American singer-songwriter, Two Feet, will be touring alongside the band as their opening act.
The Pray For The Wicked album is already causing quite a stir to fans and critics alike. As of writing this article, the album is sitting at a 5,500 combined chart sales, a number that puts it ahead of number 2 spot holder, The Greatest Showman’s Motion Picture Cast Recording. If Panic! At The Disco is able to hold onto this standing, we have every reason to believe that this might actually just become their first number one album. We will have to find out when the chart standings are released this Friday.
Tickets for the second leg of the Pray For The Wicked Tour will be available today. Meanwhile, tickets for their first leg this summer might still be available in venues near you, so make sure you grab them all here!

The band was formed early in 2005 in the Las Vegas suburb of Summerlin. The group became known for their fusion sound of pop punk, electronica, emo, dance, and indie rock. After the initial success of their debut album, all seemed to be going well for the group.
The band has since been plagued with tension and drama between its members. First to depart was Wilson in 2006 due to some tension between the bassist and members of the personnel. Despite all of this drama, the band’s rise to fame was unwavering. They released their next single, “Nine in the afternoon, which was another smash hit. Their second studio album, Pretty Odd, quickly followed but the drama between the band members continued.
The band’s principal songwriter Ryan Ross and bassist Jon Walker, left the group to start their own band. The remaining members, Urie and Smith, decided to continue on as a duo. They subsequently released their third (Vices & Virtues,2011) and fourth (Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To DIE!). Currently, Urie is the only remaining original member of the band after the departure of Spencer Smith in 2015. Urie continued on, releasing a fifth studio album, “Halleluja.”
